In this article you will be taken through the Loan Car Admin and Settings

Loan Car Settings

You will be able to see all of your Loan Cars from the Loan Car Settings Screen within LeadDriver.

This is where you can manage the vehicles available on Loan. 

Active Loan Cars: These are the vehicles that are currently available to be assigned on Loan.

Inactive Loan Cars: These are the vehicles that have been made inactive i.e. they cannot be assigned on Loan until they have been made active again.

Archived Loan Cars: These are the vehicles that are not in stock anymore (Vehicle has been sold)

Add Loan Car from Stock

To add a new Loan Car from your stock hit '+Add New' and 'From Stock'

Select the vehicle you want or search to find it quickly.

Confirm the price and select Add Vehicle

The Vehicle you have added will now appear as 'Active' and will be available to select when adding a loan.

Add Loan Car Manually

To add a new Loan Car Manually hit '+Add New' and 'Add Manually'

Enter off of your vehicle details (Sections with '*' are mandatory) and hit Save Changes.

The Vehicle you have added will now appear as 'Active' and will be available to select when adding a loan.

Loan Car Admin

Within Loan Car Settings, you have the ability to add staff members.

Once a staff member is added here, they will appear on your list to be able to drive a loan car.

Add your staff members details and hit save.
