LeadDriver | Filters

LeadDriver has a set of 'Standard' Filters that will appear when you access your leads.

You are able to click on these filters or expand to see more advanced filters.

Standard Filters

New

The New filter will show all leads created 'This Week'

You are also able to use the advanced filters for 'New' leads.

e.g. You want to see New leads for a specific department. The 'New' will unhighlight, however the automatic criteria will remain the same, so you will be viewing all New leads for that department.

You are also able to modify the date range of these leads if you need. new3.png

All

The All filter will show all leads

You are also able to use the advanced filters to reduce your search and see more specific leads.

e.g. You want to see All leads for a specific department. The 'All' will unhighlight, however the automatic criteria will remain the same, so you will be viewing All leads for that department.

Open

The Open filter will show leads that contain any activity that IS NOT Delivered or Confirmed Lost, has been updated within the last Month and has a current sale status of:

New Allocated Contacted Appointment Made Qualified Customer Finance Quoted
Vehicle Presented Test Drive Completed Valuation Completed Quote Presented Offered to Purchase Sold

You are also able to use the advanced filters for 'Open' leads.

e.g. You want to see Open leads for a specific department. The 'Open' will unhighlight, however the automatic criteria will remain the same, so you will be viewing all Open leads for that department.

Sold

The Sold filter will show leads that have been sold this month (must include activity of 'Sold').

You are also able to use the advanced filters for 'Sold' leads.

e.g. You want to see Sold leads for a specific department. The 'Sold' will unhighlight, however the automatic criteria will remain the same, so you will be viewing all Sold leads for that department.

Delivered

The Delivered filter will show leads that have been delivered this month (must include activity of 'Delivered').

e.g. You want to see Delivered leads for a specific department. The 'Delivered' will unhighlight, however the automatic criteria will remain the same, so you will be viewing all Delivered leads for that department.

Lost

The Lost filter will show leads that have been lost this month (must include activity of 'Lost').
